Once you’ve had a chance to look through some of the properties on our website, the next step is to come over and see the area for yourself. It’s one thing to look at properties but a Livingstone Estates Personalised Viewing Trip is a whole different proposition. We take care of all the arrangements so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We want you to experience the Livingstone Lifestyle, so we will show you not just the properties which best suit your requirements, but also the area around them and the local facilities you’ll have on your doorstep.

Your Personalised Viewing Trip will start at your nearest airport. Normally clients visit us for 3 nights (4 days) and stay in an hotel (usually 4 stars, bed and breakfast included) conveniently located for the properties we have selected for viewing. We meet you at the airport upon arrival and check you in to your hotel. Generally we would plan to show you 6 or 7 properties on each of days 2 and 3 of your trip. More than that can be a little bewildering!

Before you arrive one of our Personal Consultants will have had a chat with you about exactly what you’re looking for. This way you’ll only see those properties which closely match your requirements, whether they are on a brand new development, a resale or even an offplan option. And, perhaps more importantly, we make sure that we don’t waste your time showing you properties that aren’t absolutely ideal.

We pride ourselves on listening, and listening carefully, to what our clients tell us. We understand how tiring it can be to visit properties which are obviously not suitable. In fact, we’re getting so good at this that many of our clients often have the same problem – deciding between the two or three properties that are just perfect!

In the evenings you’ll be free to join us for a drink or just take off and explore the area on your own. There is so much to see and do that the weekend will literally fly by, but as we take you back to the airport for your return flight we know you’ll already be looking forward to your next visit.
