Property Viewing Trip

You wouldn’t buy a car without a test drive – so why not book one of our property viewing trips – your international property test drive to Turkey or Bulgaria!

Once you’ve decided on Turkey or Bulgaria and had the chance to look through some of the properties we have available on our website, the next step is to visit the area for yourself. With a Livingstone Estates Personalised Viewing Trip, we take care of all the arrangements so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We want you to experience the Livingstone Lifestyle. We will show you the properties that best suit your requirements, the area around them and the local facilities that you’ll have on your doorstep.

Before you set off, one of our Personal Consultants will talk with you about exactly what you are looking for. This way you’ll only see those properties which closely match your requirements, whether they are for a brand new development, a resale or an off plan option. More importantly, we make sure that we don’t waste your time showing you properties that you’re just not interested in.

We listen carefully to what our clients tell us. We understand how tiring it can be to visit properties which are obviously not suitable. We pride ourselves on the fact that many of our clients have trouble deciding between the two or three properties that are just perfect!

Your Personalised Viewing Trip will start at your nearest airport. Normally clients visit for 3 nights (4 days) and stay in a hotel (usually 4 stars, bed and breakfast included) conveniently located for the properties we have selected for viewing. We meet you at the airport upon arrival and check you in to your hotel. Generally, we would plan to show you 6 or 7 properties on each of days 2 and 3 of your trip. More than that can be a little bewildering!

In the evenings you’ll be free to join us for a drink or just take off and explore the area on your own. There is so much to see and do that the weekend will literally fly by. But as we take you back to the airport for your return flight, we know you’ll already be looking forward to your next visit.
