Bulgaria - joined the EU in January 2007 and so has been one of the most talked about markets for investment. Bulgaria’s tourism industry has been one of the country’s most visible areas of growth, as popular areas have been transformed and have become familiar names in the travel and tourism media. The most popular areas with holidaymakers are along Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast and the ski resorts in its mountain ranges, both of which are developing a following for the quality of facilities that are available at competitive prices. For this reason the country has been described as one of the most attractive new faces in the travel and tourism industry at the moment by the World Tourism Organization.
Pamparovo - situated in the Rhodopes, is a popular destination among tourists. A modern ski resort in the heart of the Rhodopi mountain, the mountain of the mythical singer Orpheus. It ranks amongst the southernmost skiing resort in Europe, and also the sunniest Bulgarian mountain resort with wonderful snow throughout the whole season. Pamporovo is situated on 1650 m above the sea level at the foot of peak Snejanka (1926 m). It is 240 km far from Sofia and 85 km from Plovdiv.
In the Summer Pamporovo offers plenty of activities to explore the surrounding areas. We recommend a day trip to Plovdiv or the nearby town of Smolyan. Sofia and the Bachkovo Monastery are of great interest too.
Mortgage rates in Bulgaria are dropping last year they were at 11% this year they are at 6.9%

Bodrum
Bodrum today begins an hour before dawn, as the night time silence is broken, from the minaret's heights by the rhythmical wailing of the muezzin summoning the faithful to the first of the day's five calls to pray.
With the muezzin's call to prayer as a metaphor for daytime and night time pursuits. For many it is a wakeup call, the start of the day's activities. For many others it is a call to bed, as they wend their way home at the close of Bodrum's active nightlife. This contrast perhaps signifies Bodrum's uniqueness and diversity as a holiday resort, offering on the one hand watersports, excellent shopping, dining and nightlife, while at the same time fervently maintaining its cultural and historical heritage. Day or night, Bodrum has it all.
