Hi Lucy, As for our experience with you, we had a truly relaxing long weekend aided by the no nonsense informative and helpful Neil. He gave unbiased advice which made our time easy and uncomplicated. He showed us a range of property types which helped us decide what we did and didn't like and just made life easy for us. He was thorough, thoughtful and friendly, asking us our thoughts along the way and adding local information and 'incidentals' to help us get a real picture of life in Murcia - past and present. He introduced us to a firm of solicitors to act on our behalf and they too have been very easy to deal with. We have since booked a holiday to Murcia, staying at the Hotel La Zenia we stayed in whilst on our trip - it was so nice! Thank you all for your care and attention to detail. Dear Mr. Trend Poulsen I am writing to compliment two of your staff on the professional, friendly & courteous manner they displayed in their dealings with both my husband and I. First of all, Natasha Thomas who we met at a show in Millstreet, Co. Cork, Ireland and so impressed us out of all the other Exhibitors at that same show, that we availed of one of livingstone Estates Property Viewing Trips to Murcia on the 4th Nov. which Natasha arranged. Secondly, Steven Rout, who met us at Murcia Airport and showed us a number of properties. Steve was extremely helpful and patient with us as we were a little uncertain as to what exactly we were looking for. We ended up buying a property from the QSD Group at Cuidad Quesada though Steve and this property should be finished in Feb. 07. Our main concern going to Spain was that we would not be pressured into buying something and I relayed this to both Natasha & Steve and they understook this and we were very pleased to find that this is not the way Livingstone Estates operate.

I can honestly say that without the great assistance received from both Natasha & Steve we would not have purchased. Both Natasha & Steve are great ambassadors for Livingstone Estates and we would have no hesistation in recommending the company to anyone we meet who is interested in buying in Spain.
