Try It Before You Buy It

We have a selection of properties that are on the market in our sales portfolio, but with a twist.

An exclusive agreement between the owner of the property and Livingstone Estates, gives access to a rental period which can be considered as a "test" to see if the property meets your expectations requirements. There's no better way to see if a particular property is for you!

Conditions for this scheme

The following properties are currently available on the Try it Before You Buy it scheme:

• 2 bedroom apartment in Los Flamingos - R17707  
• 3 bedroom apartment in New Golden Mile - R106684

If you like the property after trying it out and decide to buy it, we will refund you the entire amount of your rental cost!  There's no better way to test-drive a property in Spain today.

Conditions for the scheme are as follows:

1. A maximum rental period of 1 week
2. At any time of the year (subject to availability)
3. The rental fee will depend on the characteristics of the property and the season

The properties within this scheme are tagged and can be found in our sales portfolio, along with the corresponding purchase price of the property.

Throughout this period of time, you will benefit from the 5* Concierge Service of Livingstone Estates.  An ideal way of getting to know your potential new home from home, as well as the complete package of services we make available.

If a particular property does not exactly fulfill your requirements, you can simply just try out another also belonging to the ‘Try it before You buy it' scheme.

Last but not least, the best part is, we will refund you the entire amount of your rented period if you decide to buy the property!
