The new Estepona Park shopping center is about to open its doors and promises to be the perfect destination for the whole family. The works are practically completed and the opening of the facilities seems a matter of days.
Several franchises such as Sprinter, Kiwoko or KFC land in Estepona to expand the commercial and leisure offer.
Among the new additions that will be available, pet lovers will be able to enjoy the opening of a Kiwoko store, where they will find everything they need to pamper their furries. For sports fans, Sprinter will offer a wide range of sports products and equipment to meet all needs.
But that's not all, for bargain hunters, Primaprix will open its doors with an irresistible selection of products at surprising prices. Additionally, those looking to stay in shape can join Alta Fit, a state-of-the-art gym.
And for the little ones (and the not so little ones), Flipa Jump will offer a trampoline jumping experience like no other. The gastronomic offer will be provided by a franchise that is very popular among families, such as KFC.
Estepona Park will create approximately 100 jobs
The opening of this local shopping center (due to its location and accessibility within the city) will generate about 100 jobs. Its developer, Batex & Duplex, has invested around 15 million euros in facilities that have around 6,000 square meters of commercial space.
According to Rafael Franco, CEO of Batex, “the new park will be a clear reference for the proximity and convenience park model that we are launching in strategic locations throughout the country.
Estepona Park will be a mandatory reference and meeting point for the daily consumption of the town's residents and the growing tourist public in its surroundings. This typology of commercial development shows greater resilience than other formats more affected by ecommerce."
"The Park is located a few meters from consolidated homes, which will guarantee that a large number of buyers and users will be able to walk there, although one of the most valued aspects will be the comfort and ease of parking," Franco continues.
